Where the storybecomes coffee.

Altiva’s coffee grows on Finca Las Juntas, our family farm in Tolima, Colombia — a landscape shaped by altitude, climate and generations of coffee knowledge.

Here, coffee begins long before it reaches a cup. It begins with land, people, selection, harvest and an intimate understanding of each crop.

From the land to the cup

THE LAND

Height and cool nights slow the ripening, and slow ripening is what builds sweetness and body.

THE HARVEST

Cherry picked selectively, by hand, by people who know these lots. Only ripe fruit makes the cut.

THE PREPARATION

Milled and prepared to a written standard, and checked before it ships.

THE CUP

One farm per lot, unblended. What reaches the cup is what left that ground.
